The Challenge

Concierge Plus had a dated interface and that we needed to bring into the modern age. It was also only available on desktop computers of a certain browser. We needed a solution for residents and security guards who wanted to interact with Concierge Plus via their phone. Some processes needed to be reworked.

Our clients needed have more productive days, from wherever they were on the condo property.

We started with Market and User Research, where we found great insights into the industry and how people use the competitors were winning and losing. We then started and full UX Audit where we found the pain points of the product based on customer feedback.

As a result we were able to solve issues we identified in the application, as well as some we did not know were problems yet. As well as provide value to our customers.
